So, I finally figured out the whole link design I think so here's what I've managed to do. Pretty much hashed out the design of the individual link and then pretty much colored and added the 50bmg bullets themselves. Had to turn the rings on the link and the bullet so that the flat of the circles were facing up, down, left, and right opposed to a cross-ways direction, had i tried they way they were originally it would not have likely worked out as well as it had this way.

Hopefully this will eventually lead to me being able to include belts of ammunition with my models that are LMGs, HMGs, or turrets that are belt fed. Still dunno how i'm going to make them bend in other directions other than what them coiling or being able to be rolled up, guess i'll try and figure that out when i eventually need to do that.

Anyhow turns out I didn't really need my fathers section of linked bullets to try and figure out how to model something like this.
