If you're talking "icons" they only come in color and up, if you're talking a proper commission which is at least waist up if not more, it's regular price. Icons don't really come in HD because they're shrunk down to tinyness. So the standard rates still apply of $20 for flat color $25 for shading, etc
The only reason I used it in the past was for payment for ingame purchases on phone apps, didn't know people could use it transfer money til I met an artist streaming one day. Been using it ever since but there aren't many who use it so it's tough to commission different people. I'll wait til I know for sure you can use it though ^^
Yep just give me your email and I can send the money directly there though I could ask my artist friends how they get the money. I know they used to have a Google card thing where you can use the funds directly from it but there are probably other ways to transfer the money from the Google account to elsewhere. I can look into it for you if you'd want
