Holy shit it might be yupo, actually! I never knew what type of paper it was, a while ago someone gave my mother a ton of paper "scraps" of alll types of neat and random papers, and a bunch of it is this semi translucent plasticy paper stuff. It doesn't take to markers well, I should try it with watercolour! People have made some amazing stuff with watercolours :0
