Here is the latest character to join my ranks. Meet Tempus, the unregistered heroine operating in and around Colmaton. She has the ability to distort time in localized areas around her, either speeding things up and slowing them down. She has a bit more of a rocky past that most heroines, and it's going to show in her attitude big time. She can be very cynical, a bit of a bitch, and is going to be very distrusting of authority figures. She very much prefers to work alone, and this girl here is not afraid to pursue lethal options should the need arise. Definitely don't want to get on her bad side.
