Yep. Old Neopets fanart. Though this is one of my winners at the Neopets Art Gallery. ^^
Features my Electric Zafara Veemon676 and Red (now Christmas) Ixi Minty_Candycane676.
This is inspired after the Neopets Team pulled a "Gaia Online" dres-up system... And I just love how my Neopet's looks when they are in their Meridell clothes. ^^ Veemon676 looks better as a "tomboy".
