Summary
On a dark night filled with even darker magics, an insane cult attempts to give Nightmare Moon a body and life of her own, utterly separate from Princess Luna. But, when the spell is interrupted by Celestia, something unexpected is created.
Now, a little black alicorn filly named Nyx finds herself living under the care of Twilight Sparkle, only to be haunted by memories and emotions from her past. Is she Nightmare Moon reborn or is she simply a doppelganger with a soul and mind of her own? Can Twilight Sparkle protect Nyx from those who refuse to see past her dragon eyes and black coat?
Or, will Nyx be forced to inherit the sins that may not even be hers and become the greatest evil Equestria has ever known?

Except in Tirek's case - Unlike face him in battle to protect her's kingdom and her's a subjects, she give up her's powers and give Tirek "a white flag".
Seriously Celestia is quite useless most of time what I had see from the show. She wasn't there when Nightmare Moon came. Against Discord she sended The Mares Six. ( Luckily they won him. )
In wedding episode she didn't believed Twilight about The Changeling Queen and hurting her's feelings. :'c When she got her ass beated by Chrysalis I was like: "YES! TAKE THAT YA BITCH!" ( she did deserved it and I don't feel bad about it. )
And in fanfic she doesn't listen Twilight, when she is telling the truth. Just because Celestia was manipulated by the bad guys, giving in her's fears about the return of Nightmare Moon. ( Which thanks to her for that. )
So yeah... I dislike Celestia very much.

Well I mean problem is mostly Celestia's "methods" to deal her's problems. She is alright in this fanfic. Only problem I had was that The All powerful Sun-god Alicorn herself was manipulated by disguised The Nightmare Moon Cult's leader. How easy is to trick a god to do precisely as they wanted to bring The judgement day. *shrug*

That's true. Celestia is bit more 'naive' to be tricked. A thousand years of experience and she still can't read her subjects between truth and lie.
And bit 'paranoid' to protect her subjects, even they aren't agree with her. ( In Nyx's case. ) She does love her little ponies, but sometime she is going too far to protect them.

It isn't always easy to do everything you wanna. You need be careful with what are you putting on internet. For sample: upload art of Ukraine's war and there will be internet rants between US & Russia's supports, supporting who is good guy and who is true evil.
Same goes to MLP theme. Draw MLP porn and people see you as 'sick' pony lover. ( Since there is anti-bronies who are disgusted by pony porn. But not disgusted by Furry Horse porn. )

I found the fic yesterday and love it! Its fics like this that got me into the fandom along with artwork. I liked this fic to as really tug my heartstrings alot, teare up so much i had tlike stop a few times to wash away my tears. Romances and this kind of story is what i love.
