Pretty cute! Loved the colors and lineart =D

She's one of my fav pieces from it. ^_^ I dunno why. Well I kinda know why, but it's hard to articulate.

As for her name, is she one-of-many, or a special underworld being of which there are very few? If it's the former, the name doesn't have to be anything super silly. If it's the latter, you could call her Sizzle or something thematic. And of course there's the question of if she's going to be something closer to heart than others. If it's like that, then you should name her something with personal meaning.

Bondi, Capri (I'm rather partial to this one so far), Cerulean (derivative), Feldgrau (punish people ;D), Iris, Majorelle, Maya, Moonstone, Skobeloff (actually this one's just a wtf, but maybe usable as a last name. Feldgrau Skobeloff shall be her name! ;P), Stormcloud, Viridian (derivative), Zaffre.

Those are the ones that stood out to me as name candidates for the blue-green spectrum. :)
