Ha, first attempt at realistic portraits. It's my baby basset DeeDee, and her christmas antlers.
I actually think this came out decent for a first try at it, the eyes freak me out a bit though, I will note to practice those, i believe the shading is accurate and by far to me the muzzle is the best drawn/shaded part on her.

But hey, if anyone wants to have a portrait done of their pet (because I do need good practice pictures) drop me a clear nice picture (close-ups prefered) and I will give it a good try :3
