That white spot is no error, it's apparently the 'design'. The picture depicts him sitting there, sticking his legs out and aiming his butt at the viewer, to direct a blast of gas in your direction. He's also wearing glasses, maybe his vision is bad and he's wearing glasses to improve it and see better with. He's holding beans and beans are a great recurring gas giver, that's likely what made him fart.
Goats may be a 'herbivorous' species, but that doesn't stop some of them from eating whatever he wants to as long as it gives them terrible gas. The herbivorous species typically have a long digestive tract and meat, which is suited for shorter tracts, will end up rotting and fermenting heavily. So pretend a herbivorous species furry eats a ton of meat, his body isn't suited to digest it, resulting in this super strong putrid aroma like something crawled up his ass and died, a scent of death!
