"In theory, yes" he says. "But, in order for that to occur three things would have to be available. First, you would need a power stone which is a precious gemstone imbued with pure magical energy. Next, You would have to find a spell book and study it every day. Finally, you will have to have been previosly touched by magic in some way or another." He says all this in a quick mumble that is hard to make out as if he were talking to himself.
