This is Sammy, my newest character and soon to be fursuit.

I have created this character in memory of my dog Sam (or Sammy as we used to call him) who passed away almost 11 years ago now, in 1997. Although he was a male, this Sammy is a female.

The black heart is for Sam as he was actually black - he was a Flat Coated Retriever - but you see, I didn't want a black fursuit. So instead, I created Sammy. Sammy is a mix between a Flat Coated Retriever (Sam's breed) and a Border Collie (my second favourite breed ^_^).

Sam was and will always be close to my heart. He was born in the same year as me (1986) and I grew up with him as our family pet. Losing him was one of the worst things I'd had to go through. I still miss him dearly.
