This was a project i did for my sister Ash. She wanted me to draw Ash and Pikcachu, so instead I drew Ash (my sister) and Noms... A fire/steel type i made up.
I used a lot of layers, pin tool to create the line art, brush tool for colors, and smudge, blur, and sharpen for the grass, road, and sky. I topped it all of with a nice lens flare.
