Whenever Joe has a chance... he fights crime as the mighty hero Star Guardd. He has super-precision, reflexes, and great strength. He can shoot out and manipulate energy in star-like projections. He learned it all from living and training with monks from another galaxy.
Look at that cheesy but awesome suit he wears! :D I'll put more details later. So everyone... enjoy!
