I always wonder why this never happens to the likes of Sailor Moon or Goku. Stuck halfway transformed wearing a leotard, boots and gloves or with blonde hair without the trademark body and lift. XP

I can see with Sailor Moon, but not with Son Goku since his clothes don't change between forms, unless if you count the totally non-canon Super Saiyan/Saiyajin 4 form.
The suit just won't appear. Still has the cool powers though. ^^

Actually there is a halfway point between normal and Super Sayain. It's called the False Super Saiyain and it's used only once or twice, mainly in one of the movies that came out around the Frieza saga but before the official unveiling and on Gohan once or twice after it. As for Sailor Moon, the closest we get to it is when they have their energy sapped to the point that they can't maintain a transformation or when Sailor Moon got her Star Seed extracted. When that happens, their sailor outfits degrade into ribbons like the ones featured in Sailor Moon's transformations.
There's always a worse way to botch a transformation. The boxers could always go on the head. XP Then he'd gain the special attack Full Frontal Assault. XP

Yep! ^^ At first, I was afraid of giving him that design and colors because I thought it be too close to Kota's design. But since there's many characters on this site that have similar elements made to them, I just went with it. That and I didn't want to get him a fantastic colored fur, like blue.
