Do the landing legs retract into the ship during flight? Just thinking that those might be targets during combat, if the enemy wanted to cripple the ships ability to land.

they do look like they're an outrigger style of landing gear to me

i fell that the warp necels would be better if they were directly connected to the ships hull themselves like a lot of escort class ships are or like a shuttle like ship. the connectors seem a little bit of a weak spot. what good of a scout that cant go to warp if they get knocked off if you're retreating an area that a smaller ship would be a better choice or can only go for some reason. but other then that a good disigine for a what Star Trek online are calling an intelligence vessel.
