The gameplay is definitely going to change a bit.

Download the game here: https://sites.google.com/site/rikis.....game2/download
Unzip the game.
Put the Bowser.Char folder in the RIG2_Data folder.
Keep the RIG2_Data folder with the EXE file.
Run the game, and you should see Bowser on the character select screen.
