I got stuck on my current picture on a peculiar part.

As for the bottom left image... Yes, Napther currently has no Uvula thing. It'd get scorched off each time he breathed fire any way... soo...

Oh god, dont start me on the amount of glitches I had when Doing his teeth - the Meshes kept becoming "Un-target able"
Heh, Getting eyes to look fantastic isnt my strong point anyway... But thanks for noticing -They're not a separate entity from the head itself... I may try that when I make a new one

If you got access to a 3D program you could try to make the more detailed bits (eyes, horns, teeth and so on) modeled and then import them into the scene. Usually the way I go about it in Zbrush. Not sure how easy it was to load a mesh onto another mesh in the same scene though, been a while since I used sculptris myself x)
For eyes I'd actually would have carved them out like eye sockets, then if my first point worked just import two spheres to acts as the actual eyes. But looking good so far ^^

Considering how small the Uvula is, Its going to be sensitive to the heat, I'd imagine the flames ignite just outside his maw, so its in the direct heat-path or something...
Also, He's meant to pretty much eat everything, so having the gag-reflex isnt such a good idea...
