Fast forward to AC '07 and we get this picture, drawn by the talented Sue Deer (if I knew her FA handle, if one even exists, it'd be here...sorry!). The local minor league baseball team here is the State College "Spikes", which is a local term for a deer (central PA = deer huntin' territory). One of the hats they have is of a pretty menacing looking deer (if a deer can be menacing) and a shirt that says "Fear the Deer", one of the slogans of the minor league team. So I got her the t-shirt and cap, figuring she'd get a kick outta them. As a result, this picture was drawn (and thus the "Go Spikes!"). That's me perched on her nose, by the way...I am a tiny fox after all!
