Vergil and Lilith were once again exploring the deep blue with their buddy, Red the merwolf. Everything was going well, that is until Vergil and Lilith's oxygen tanks ran out of air (one of them forgot to refill them). They were two far down to swim to the surface before drowning. Yet Red, thinking quickly, swallowed up his friends and quickly swam to the surface, his friends safe and sound in his belly (with Red's lunch as well).
In the end he spat out his friends who were grateful to be alive, though they be washing their wetsuits for quite awhile to get the smell of fish and belly out of them
