Well, looks like I have a new project on my hands.
This is a Hazeltine 1500 Serial Terminal from 1977.
The main problem is that only 2 or 3 keys work. Also, the CRT is shaking and making weird noises

Hmm.. making wierd noises.. just an amateur stating facts here.. but it sounds like it could be some sort of problem with the power supply (that could cause the electronics to not quite fully work).. plus the shaky screen could also be a symptom of improper voltages getting to certain parts.
