ate spicy gumbo, was hoping it wasn't so spicy, was wrong but i was too hungry not to eat. Was also out of milk and most dairy. ate bread and water to lessen the effect

Ah, well I'm a transplanted Cali-fur (needed work) still, you mention bell peppers. What about pepper? Does that cause issue? I ask, cause while I was in the Army, I had a friend who couldn't stand heat either, then he got ahold of spicy candy. His tolerance rose quick and soon heat didn't bother him, or does sweet and spicy take you down to?
