This was a drawing edit. The whole picture was changed beside the pose. I made this gift on my pet Yoshi, Azul. Sadly the Yoshi doesn't have an account on here so I'll have to link you into his DA account instead of anyone's interested in who he is.
Also, this was to practice mixing up Photoshop and SAI together. Wasn't... Fully a good idea, but that's because I'm still training to get better. Bare with me please.
