A Statement of Purpose, also known as a Personal Statement, is probably the most important part of a graduate school application.

This is my statement of purpose that I submitted for grad schools in 2012. I hope it helps those who are currently writing their own.
For the curious, I was also accepted into Georgia Tech, The University of Utah, and Carnegie Mellon.
