I have been working slowly on this for EVER! Finally though, I fixed the issue with the uneven ears (I think) and got around to colouring the shoes and belt. Though I'm not really sure about some of my picks. This is why this is in scraps. I'd like oppinions before I (attempt to) add shading. < ^.^ >

That's right, she's a Rahkaii. Let's see if I can explain it quickly...
Modern Rahkaii liken existance to a computer. Their gods -- Spectra -- are like administrators, programmers. Rahkaii (which means 'red eyes' in fyrnian) have the same powers but are more limited. I've had the idea for years now, since I was in High School even.

Thanks! And yes, the colour chart is refering to the shrug/cape part of the uniform. It's like their rank insignia. The male version will probably have a short cape instead of the off the shoulder thing the female version has here. The human versions might have propper little mantles, I think. < ^.^ >
A fair amount of it, but it's mostly stored in my head. A little can be gleaned from browsing my works and scraps here and on DA. One day I hope to compile the lot into a large Encyclopaedia Fyraenica, or better yet to write stories (of some form) based around it all.
