Nope, unfortunately I didn't base it off of anything, I came up with the design through sketching.

The thought process was women's wear is constructed to show of women's bodies, but this dress is men's wear so how should the construction differ accordingly?

I think it does splendidly, without it being "skanky" or anything. Though, with a naked fleshy body, it might be a little more sexy than classy (which isn't a complaint, just analyzing). I really like the shape and the simple yet elegant (my favorite). I REALLy enjoy how snug it is in upper areas to show off the musculature and contours of the body. I really like how long his legs look and how it's shown with the short-ish cut off and flair down the back. I mean this stuff isn't stuff I've really thought about, it's just experienced, but xD; I'll shoosh now.

No, that's actually a really good critique thank you! I definitely agree, if the wearer were human it would fooor suuuure read a way more sexy over classy. That skirt is awfully short for a human wearer as well. Something about furry forms, they can get away with much different cuts in clothing.
But oooh man, I wish I could see this on a real person lol xD
