This is a recreation of a Chinese weasel named Arthat from that Panda episode in the third Blinky Bill season. Ever since Basil Circus dumped Arthat, she has had nowhere to go, so she turned to the pandas. They have given her a second chance and forgiveness the same way Tico was and granted her charity on condition that she be re-raised from the start. This diapering was not what she had in mind, but oh well.
