Just an idea that I came up with over night shift this week.

Alias: The Courier
Age: Early to Late 20's
Height: Approx. 6'3"

Little is known of the elusive Courier, save that it is common to find him moving about the city at night from locations unknown to locations even more unknown. He has a propensity for utilizing Parkour in his movements, making certain tracking extremely difficult. More curious are the creatures that can sometimes be glimpsed with him, as well as impossible happenings when he is entirely obstructed. To date, he has avoided all capture and interrogation, leaving even basic knowledge of actual physical description up to speculation.
