Even unpainted I think she's looking great. The tail is a separate chamber so it can be deflated when it's in the way.

I made the design for the toy (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11197754/), the implementation is being done by inflatableworld.
The extra bits probably add risk since each seam could be welded wrong but I think more chambers increase the reliability since it localizes the damage of punctures and doesn't add complexity to the construction (difference between a chamber and a joined part is a punched hole).
I think so. If it's like before then they'll start selling it via direct email order first (check places like HP and IYRU for people shouting about that or wait for the first photos to get posted) and add it to the website once the initial rush is over.
ETA is March and usually we'll see pictures of inflation tests for the new toys long before they're available so don't expect these to appear soon.
