PREVIOUS -STEP 6- NEXTTo complete the 3D eye effect, you need to add a ring around the eye. Take a sheet of white Foamies and cut a strip about half an inch thick. Then using a low temp glue gun, put a thin line of glue going down the edge of the Foamie strip and slowly roll the eye on. Keep doing this until the entire eye has the ring glued around it and repeat for the other eye.

It's a matter of personal preference. This is what I have found that works for me. It's easier to wrap foamies rather than a hard plastic that won't give the shape you want. Also, the two different materials adhere together easier. But if you have more of a preference for materials, by all means go for it.
