It’s now time to take your completed eyes and insert them into the head. Place the eyes into the head and position both eyes the way you want them before gluing to ensure they both match, then at the points the eye touches the foam, glue it in. In the remaining empty spaces around the eye, just take wedges of foam and glue it into the space rounding off the eyes and securing them in place.

Take a piece of paper and draw out a pattern for your eyebrows, and cut it from 1in thick foam and add them to the head, once on just shape and sculpt them down a bit with some scissors.
