Sometimes when writing, I'll do a quick drawing (1 hour for this one) just to stimulate thought or break a block. I also use music to get me into a certain writing mood. Was listening to Nightwish when drawing this. I try different looks for my characters. This one has a wider muzzle.

Not sure what the expression is other than 'something is about to happen'. Whatever it is, it's not meant to be 'static', like what you would get with a formal portrait, or a simple Smiley Face. Several things I thought of after I'd finished it.
