One of the things I love the most about playing Pokemon is breeding 'mons and building up teams! I love hunting down new setups, and any good team needs a theme, right? A bunch of friends and I decided to challenge each other to make gym teams. I decided on Psychic, since I had my boy Alistair, and built the team around that! They're a really fun bunch, and they've all got some tricks up their sleeves ;D

Breeding is definitely a rather tedious task, but of course you can always use your imagination to make it more...appealing.
But this seems like a really good team. Covers every type. Very offensive, even though Psychic types were meant to be more defensive. Having Dusk there is sort of cheating, but eh, your rules.

I don't know what you're talking about sir, I only see two Gardevoir there
Dusk's just a fun surprise ;) Never used one of them before and she seemed to fit in :D Plus, it's not the first time a Gym's had pokemon that weren't the explicit type xD The Electric gym in Diamond/Pearl had Ambipom and Octillery on his team. And I did go to a lot of effort getting Extrasensory onto Dusk, so she still fits there at least :D

Alakazam's solid, but I've already got a lot of fast special sweepers (Alistair and Polaris in particular) and Elsa Maria's already got a Mega Stone on ;) And to be honest, I never really liked Alakazam's style much, personally xD Not my kinda look.
Alistair's my all-rounder, Polaris is quick and has a ton of coverage, Buster is tanky as all get out, Jaeger is SERIOUS physical threat, Elsa Maria is Mega-Evo and a slower Special cannon, and Dusk is my tricksy girl ;)

It's still a solid team, I just think that Dusk wouldn't fly against a faster and harder hitter...unless they fall for the bait of trying to use a not very effective move, but her HP is still low enough to be OHKO'd easily anyways. :P
That and Avalugg. Strudy Avalugg is one of my favorite things.
