This Seal was Secreatly made for Altamira University by a generous dragon. The seal require a drop of blood from an Altamira member this a portal open and they walk on the backs of either a chartreuse serpentes or a
alizarine Serpentes these giant portal Serpentes also double as guardians to these portals. The Serpentes bodies act like a bridge between first portal and the second portal. The end of the portal path always appears at the entrance of the Altamira University
