So here's a close up of the face and mask for my John Doe costume.
The mask was a bugger to make since its 5mm plasticard bent with a heat gun to make the shape, cut and sprayed to give it the effects.
Ears are 5mm cardstock cut and folded.

Took me roughly a day to do both to a standard I liked and a little longer to fit to the frame I'm using to hold it on.

All in all a fun costume and great for striding down the street with. I was actually worried about causing a traffic incident at one point when all the cars nearby to the convention started slowing down to stare :P
