*nods* I understand where you were coming from. This was actually another thought I had in mind as I was writing another poem...I had no interest in finishing it in all honesty. I do thank you for the constructive criticism though

i disagree with that other person. if its your poem, you make it how you want
to. and its soo true to. that other person made the poem feel wrong when in
fact, it is right.

It is interesting, from a sociological point of view, how a batch of individuals can nourish their imaginations upon equal offerings of the same intellective milk - yet interpret it, (or digest, to keep with the analogy) in an infinite and unfathomable number of ways.

At the end of the day, it's either art or politics; the mask on top is irrelevant to the 'truth' beneath it all. (Ulterior motives etc - what drives people to actually hold a differential point of view?)

On the micro level each and every one of us is unique and beautiful in our own way; even if we are ugly (metaphorically), we can offer nothing less.

Unfortunately, on the macro level, there can be no real appreciation of quality. There are statistics, the analysis and the utility.
