Oh man, where to start?
peppercoyote, or Pepper has been flavoring our community with his and his band’s music and creative style for a long time. I mean, I remember when I was just starting to make music, just starting in the fandom, in fact, when I was writing poetry and literature, and Pepper was there, still making music, still putting on a good show.
He and his band were actually one of my inspirations back then, and still are now! It’s been an honor being able to talk with them and propose getting their CD a mix of its own… now, about that CD.
I think the first song on the album ‘Transition’ explains it best: Sound Emotion. Pepper has even gone out of his way to punctuate when the tone of his music has changed with his “The ‘X’ part” transitions.
Here we have what I believe to be a testimony to what acoustic music/vocals, and beatboxing (sometimes both, sometimes alone) can evoke in one’s mind and heart. And if not that, at least it’s a gateway to showing what you can do to alter the mood of music in your own pieces.
In this mix of his album ‘Transition’, you’ll hear absurdity and sadness, happiness and lament… and so much more.
If you like what you heard, head over to Look Left’s homepage and buy the 17 track album (for 10$ or more)

I’ve created a code. Using the hints you receive in the description box, solve the hidden track’s name. The first three people to solve this get a free album code!
Note me if you think that you’ve solved it!
Three people have already received their rewards, so the challenge is now closed!
Better luck next time. I'm actually thinking of doing this more often if I'm able, so you folks should have other chances!

Think you've solved the codex, have you?
All the rewards have been given out, but then again you already have the CD.
Sooo, have a Gold Star, or, with the current video game I'm playing in mind, have a Light Gem! I sure could use a few ATM...
Confound my uncanny knack for achievement hunting. :p

Yup they are, there was one just the other day there, it's still Tuesdays. So the next one would be: Tuesday 21st October if you were still around by then? If not, there may be a possibility of an impromptu type meetup, suggest a day - probably a Saturday would work best for most & see if anyone wants to come along for some noms, that would be an idea too.
Also, I know this weekend, Pyrex is doing a wee Thanksgiving shindig at his & Nuka's new place, I can't go as I'll be working all weekend, but I am sure they'd love to see you!

I'm lucky to call Pepper a friend. Great guy and he has a great taste in music. I've been lucky to get him to play twice live in the local coffee shop here in town, and both times I'm just amazed with the stage presence and energy puts into his music. Absolutely love it!
I've been listening to Transition since it's come out and I still smile when listening to it, it's great!
