Yeah I gotta admit the sinnoh mascots weren't the best designs around. You have Dialga, time lord of sorts, who has a high pitche not-manly-at-all squeal. Then Palkia, who is literally mr. Pingas.
But I really like this drawing, a nice rendering of the face of the Time Lord pokemon itself. It looks more manly on this pic than in the game XD
