so here we have another introduction to a new character I created with my buddy on Skype through our pokemon RP.

Presenting Owari. Formerly known as Alfred, he is the younger brother to Luminara, and Uncle to her three sons, Luke, Mikhail and Rigel.

yes, this guy is an almost blatant rip-off of Gouki from Street Fighter, but in the RP I have going with my friend, we're not really concerned with that sort of thing. We've been at this for about 4-5 years now and we've borrowed sources from other universes to do what we want in our pokemon one, as well as come up with our own material. In short, I made Owari because I felt like it. I didn't really care for originality at the time.
