So i was told that i had the accedent one block too late for the owner having to cover the costs of my car and stuff. So couz it is open range the owner is in no way responsible for his cow jumping from the ditch to 3 ft in front of my car. it had to be pure black and night with out lights on road and 2 blocks from my home!
Also was going 20 and got told even though all his steer are out he is not responsible!

I think it's just the kind of night where everything is pitch dark, alphawolf17's just describing the level of darkness of the night maybe? Or maybe the lights stopped working on impact? Or maybe they had to walk home from the accident? I'm just throwing out possibilities, don't mind me!
