In the grid, CLU’s Grand initiative is already in progress. Since the disappearance of Kevin Flynn, CLU’s obstacles have been greatly reduced in spite of the small insurrection factions that have been fomenting revolution in his wake. All but hidden from all eyes and ears of all programs that are now kept occupied with the strict rule of the microcycle to microcycle routines. Following every subroutine that is issued to assure that they will not meet Deresolution in either the games or even in their own streets. Out here, in the most remote area of the sea of simulation, Clu has already established an area where the portal of Flynn’s entry and exit between worlds which is now practically in his possession, construction fleets already being processed, his own personal task force works around the cycle in order to keep straying programs from leaving with the knowledge of this Endeavour. Yes, it is here that the prime initiative begins. However ,two things remain before moving on with this enterprising endeavor, first to purge the current system of the Isos who have spread through the system like an infection and second is to find and obtain Kevin Flynn’s Disk, for only his disk can open the way to the world of the users. Only then can he realize his dream, to rule two worlds. Only then can he bring an end to the superfluous Users who have been currently corrupting their own world as he already deduced of Flynn and bring a meteoric rise to his rule in the name of the Programs who will bring efficiency and order to the new system.
