In A&K-2 the Celestial Forces of Heaven and the Infernal Forces of Hell are constantly contesting for control of the Sea of Ether of which the Mortal Plane sits as an island in the middle. Both sides have created effectively DMZ Zones which neither side is "suppose" to officially cross. These zones are sown with minefields/ barriers that both side have laid to act as tripwires for detecting enemy force trying to pass through them. Of course both sides mines are designed to recognize their sides ships and not blowup if they come close to them.
One of the things that has happened recently is that one of Heaven's latest model of battleships Judgment has gone missing! It appears to have been stolen from Celestial drydocks, that alone is an interesting image, and may have strayed into the Mortal Plane. At the this time Heaven has operatives, one of them being Twitch, working there to determine if recent cataclysmic events are the result of its unauthorized entry into the Mortal Plane. It's main weapon is the blade-like front projection that splits apart like a tuning fork when it fires. With glowing stained glass light emerging from between the buttress area Judgment looks like a cross, pun intended, between a Gothic Cathedral and broadsword.
Judgment incorporates the latest in Celestial warship design. Its swept-back flying buttress design is the foundation that Heaven hopes to build its new fleet of capital ships on. It also has a much improved Battle Stations of the Cross Center which will help it in battle. It propels itself through the ether by means of the globe-shaped ether propeller on the back of the ship.
Hell's answer to Judgment is the Agony Class which they believe will match the Judgment Class in battle. It moves by pulling ether in and then exhaling it out gill-like structures in the back. This makes a strange glowing smoke that trails behind it as it moves. This is a signature feature of Infernal ships. The spines will move and undulate, with three largest forward projecting ones forming the basis of the main weapon system. It looks like a mix of a sea urchin and medieval stillieto!

If you are referring to the story universe that "Steel Angel" appeared in YARF! then the answer is no. However the two characters have effectively moved over to the the A&K Prime dreamscape in what I refer to as Season Three as agents of Upstairs. Now they've started to appear as operatives for Heaven in the A&K-2 dreamscape.
Yeah that is a story I've worked on and off with for some time. The biggest problem was I had a fundamental misunderstanding of how the Spanish Civil War started. When I started doing research on the subject I realized I'd have to change one of Tom's major motivations. Need to revisit that story at some point.
