The call of his particular whale has been first heard and recorded back in the 1980s and has been continuously heard since then and onward. It calls out at the frequency of 52 Hertz, which is a much higher frequency than most known whale species. It's said that the sound is certainly of a whale's, but the exact species of it is not known and is still a mystery to this day, showing to may be the only one of its kind. Because of that little fact, it's been dubbed as the loneliest whale on Earth.
