sounds like your an Ibanez type of fur, hell, did you hear about the 30 something fret ibanez they have?
as far as me, i go to much in the classic rock zone for a floyd rose with the dimarzios and the 24th fret(heck, i gots only 21, i just bend it)
or maybe i dont have flash fingers that compliment an ibanez

Hehe I tried one ages ago the neck is super fast and the sustain is amazing, shame it was like £1,500

at that price, i'd be running to the hills........
or at least just building my own from warmoth, a strat body is a strat body, i can go probably build me one to spec of dave murray's strat for half the price really.....
hell, the last pawn shp i went to in this town, there were 3 beat up strats, all with floyd rose bridges, from the 80's, for less then $150, im guessing that might be like a 100 pounds your area) granted, a neck replacement was needed on all of them, and the pickups were alil rusty on the pole pieces, but hey, it might be a project maybe in the next few months
