When I decided to try out Artist Alley at FA:United, I felt I needed some sort of example of the tiers of work I could offer. Here are samples of "simple sketches" (Nei'chelle on the left) and "cleaned pencils" (Tatiana on the right)

This arose because I noted that my usual pencils are like those on the right, and I tend to put a lot of time into sharpening the pencilwork till they could almost pass for inks. Except for that part of their still being pencil. I noticed a fair number of convention artists don't go this far for commissioned sketches, so I thought why not offer the sharpened pencilwork at a $5 premium over the basic $10 sketch. Even though it's a little harder for me to call the sketch on the right side "complete" (I did of course clean out the construction lines), it is faster, which would be helpful in an artist alley situation. Even better if I actually sold any :)

I figured I'd put these up in anticipation of possibly attending FurFright, which isn't quite a done deal yet, but is very close to being so.
