Naughty is doing what's not supposed to be done. This is almost-naughty, meaning it's toeing the line of being naughty, which in a sense can be naughty. I think it's just your style of drawing that makes it look naughty...like the outline in his underwear and the flaps of his shirt close to exposing his nipples.

Very nice. Not many people can get away with wearing a pink shirt in my opinion but he looks real handsome like this with it exposign his belly. The goatee is real nice. He looks very cute and loveable!
