Well, This is quite old, way Before Napther was updated into his current form so just imagine him covered along the back, Neck and sides with plates....
I used to be quite a fan of the old Stargate SG-1 Series and this was the original back-story as to how a Dragon - specifically Napther - got to Earth.
I was discussing things with The artist when he came back with the sketch. I then had the idea that Napther was a stargate-hopper and accidentally came through a broken portal after running from Jaffa, turning him into an Anthro temporarily and granting him the use of Language.
Another trip through fixed his Anthro, but kept the higher-mentality of the anthro.
So here you go, In case anyone wondered what Anthro-looking Napther looks like. Normally I avoid Anthros, but they did a good job to keep a lot of the draconic features - such as the neck.
