Eh, happiness is all just a matter of telling yourself that you're happy. That you're determined to be happy, and there doesn't have to be a reason. If there's one good thing about ADD, it's that I couldn't remember my troubles if I tried! I actually wrote a monologue once about some guy going nuts because he couldn't stop being happy, and he felt it was becoming artificial. But in the end, when he realizes the root of the problem... it makes him happy to know that he doesn't have to be happy! I should stop doing drugs... nah.
