A very tasty casserole from
!
So made this a couple weeks ago for dinner and thought I'd share this. Ummm enjoy -w-
Ingredients
1 can(10 and 3/4 oz) Condensed cream of Mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 bags of Success® White Rice or Success® Brown Rice(I used white rice)
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
Directions
1)Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2)n a 2-quart, shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, paprika, and pepper.
3)Remove uncooked rice from the bag. Fold into soup mixture.
4)Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper and cover.
5) Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.
* From Chris: Its important to note that Avalon used pre-seasoned chicken, which had basil, tomato and oregano marinade!
