School was over, and Remmy peeked his head into the room of toddlers. He smiled as he spotted his filly from far away, who was finishing up a picture on green construction paper.

"Roxy..." He said gently. She looked up, and with a toothy smile, she squealed and grabbed her picture, racing up to her daddy with a big, warm embrace.

"Daddy, look!" He grabbed her backpack and took a knee, smiling warmly. "Whatcha got there, kiddo?"

With pride, she held it up, grinning with smug self-satisfaction. "I drewed it for you!" She then laughed and said "Look, I gave you a big head!"
He laughed and hugged her, looking to the daycare worker, who nodded at him in acknowledgement.
"Let's go hang it up on the fridge." Nodding, she lifted her arms. He picked her up and closed the door gently behind him <3
