I'm hoping to put something together sometime that will show some of the backstory of these two, but the gist is they're wrestling rivals in a Japanese federation, where Roxanne plays as a Texan-themed heel and Setsuna is a well-regarded face. The irony is their personalities are entirely opposite from that of their personas; Roxanne is a very sweet, caring person while Setsuna is cold, arrogant and belittles others frequently, especially Roxanne due to her huge weight.
